We use Neyra coal tar emulsion sealer which is a water based sealer to which we add water, silica sand for anti skid a rubber and hardening agent to provide you with the highest quality product available.
Whether it be your for your home or business, sealer will help protect your investment, thus saving you money. When we sealcoat your driveway, we always give you a one coat brush application. We NEVER spray the seal coating on a driveway.
When we sealcoat a parking lot, we can either apply the sealer by squeegeeing it or spraying it onto the pavement. These methods are often done for larger areas thus giving better coverage for higher traffic surfaces.
